Can't download from App Store since installing iOS 7. Only a spinning ball when I chose to install something. ??

Just wait for it to resolve. The issue seems to be on apple's end.
If you normally sync to a computer you can try accessing the App Store that way. Download it onto your computer and get it onto your device through itunes.
Thanks Sky, that's not really an answer tho, it worked fine before the update. . Not only that, my new version of music player tells me iTunes Radio isn't available, and freezes when even trying to play mp3 files.. And links from mail to Safari don't work either. My ipad is quickly becoming a high priced frisbee. . .
I hear you. But those are all things that are issues on Apple's end. nothing that's a user fix.
It's something that'll probably just 'magically' fix itself.
did you try through plugging it in on the computer? The servers may be busy, or possibly you have a connection issue, while plugged in, go to the tab for your device, and click update. if you are unable to, make sure your device is backed up ,and put it in restore mode
I've been experiencing the same thing on my iPad and on iTunes on my Windows XP laptop. It's been two days and that's too long a wait for a fix!
