Does the new Ipad mini retina with just WIFI has GPS?

Hey guys,

Does this New Ipad Mini Retina with ONLY WIFI only comes with the GPS capabilities? I could not find that information clear on Apple site.. I know for sure that the one with the cellular has one; how about wifi?
