Name Photos by Date Time By Default

Is this possible now? The IMG_nnnn.jpg is not ideal. I'd like it to automatically give it a unique identifier like a camera. I think that's how it was on my first Samsung Galaxy.

I came across an earlier questions but perhaps recent changes to iOS allow this? Hopefully...

Ability to name a picture along with an automatic date and time stamp.
