iPhone 6 Plus cannot be updated to iOS 14. The latest supported version for the iPhone 6 series is iOS 12.5.7.

As for iPhones that could download iOS 14 when it came out, I believe (could be mistaken) that all of them turned out to be able to run iOS 15 (and in some cases, iOS 16 or 17). Someone trying to update one of them now would be offered something more recent than iOS 14.
No it can't.
An iPhone 6/6 plus can't be updated beyond 12.5.7, it doesn't have the hardware required to run anything higher.
If you need a higher iOS version, you will have to purchase a newer phone.
So how about some applications doesn’t download due a lower of iOS is needed from iOS 14 up to and are very important to me

Here is a handy cheat sheet for iOS supported devices. Generally, the newest version for your device is the only one you can currently download
