iOS 17.5 has not even been released to the public yet. If you are saying that you have installed iOS 17.5 on your phone, you have installed beta software.

Tap Settings > General > About > iOS Version to confirm what software has been installed on your phone.

I'm having the same issue... driving me mad. The fact that the customer has to uninstall and reinstall for a clear Apple error/issue is extremely frustrating.
Perhaps we could wait until a new iOS comes out?!

Apple didn't install Beta Software on your iPhone. You or someone else who may have access to your phone did. If you don't want or need to be a beta tester, a link was provided above by Bob Timmons on how to uninstall Beta Software. Follow the directions in the link.

Umm I guess don’t do the 17 or any after that! My iPhone and iPad have been horrible ever since I did the last 2 updates in May! I have a new iPhone and iPad this year both were perfect until the updates in May now all of my apps are slow to load or just never load at all, as in most are unusable. I can’t watch a movie on any app if they do load they are so pixelated I can’t watch them. I feel like I am paying for nothing at this point! What the heck is happening! Nothing wrong on my end so don’t give me that excuse 🙄 my TVs are fine with my WiFi, please. Good signal with my cellular provider. It is on you Apple👆🏼 FIX YOURSELF!
