Siri, Record Voice Memo - 0:00 recording
When ask Siri to record a voice memo it starts recording but immediately stops. As a result I get 0:00 minutes recording.

Siri may not have been designed to start the record.
Say, Hey Siri Open the Voice Memo, and then tap the recording Red Button.
