Take a Screenshot of a Phone Call‘s Info, and Attachment it when Reporting it:

A. What to Include: A Screenshot Containing In-Depth Info of the Phone Call:
- Go Here: Take a Screenshot on your iPhone - Apple Support
- Forward the screenshot to: reportphishing@apple.com
- Include a brief description of what this eMail is all about: Screenshots containing scam call info
- Phone Call's Info will be Reported
B. Report these Calls to:
- Apple: Using the Photos App that phone number and send it off to Apple. Click the encircled "i" next to the phone number, and send a screenshot of that window to Apple.
- Federal Government: In the U.S.: Report the Phishing Scams' Info at https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/assistant. Use the same Information. Link on Troubleshooting Phone Scams: https://consumer.ftc.gov/articles/phone-scams

D. Modify your Credentials-ASAP:
Most certainly, consider performing the following:
- Modify: your login credentials (Using Both a New eMail and a New Password for each and all sites)
- Associate: a different method of payment to your account
- Enable: Two-Factor Authentication for Apple ID and for all other accounts that have such an applicable option
