Been scammed via s telephone call or via a SMS text message? If so, you can use the Photos app to report it.
A. What to Include: A Screenshot Containing In-Depth Contents of the Phone Call or Text Message:
- Go Here: Take a Screenshot on your iPhone - Apple Support
- Forward the screenshot to: reportphishing@apple.com
- Include a brief description of what this eMail is all about: Screenshots containing scam info
- The phone call's or message's contend will be reported
B. Report these Calls to:
- Apple: Using the Photos app obtain the contents and send it off to Apple. Click the encircled "i" next to the phone number, and attach a screenshot if it's contents to an eMail and send it off to Apple.

Most certainly, consider performing the following:
- Modify: your login credentials (Using Both a New eMail and a New Password for each and all sites)
- Associate: a different method of payment to your account
- Enable: Two-Factor Authentication for Apple ID and for all other accounts that have such an applicable option
