As you probably know, RAW support is camera specific, and Apple does not offer RAW Support for each and every new camera model, or it may take a few months, until the RAW Support will be released. While waiting, we can use Adobe's free DNG Converter to convert RAW files to DNG, so we can use RAW development for our unsupported RAW files. On macOS 13 Ventura these camera models are supported: Digital camera RAW formats supported by iOS 16, iPadOS 16, and macOS Ventura - Apple Support

See this post by user dbirdz for these settings for DNG converter when working with Fujifilm X-T2 files. The same settings have worked for me for most of my unsupported RAW files.

Aperture won't read DNG files - Apple Community

"... Anyhow, here is how to get the images into Aperture:

  1. Download the Adobe Digital Negative Converter from

https://helpx.adobe.com/camera-raw/using/adobe-dng-converter.html

  1. Install it on a recent Mac that has at least OS 11 Big Sur
  2. Convert it using a custom compatibility setting: [√] Linear"
