As you might have noticed, many users have encountered problems with activation of their iPhones and iPads and opening web links in Safari, Mail, Chrome and a number of other apps after updating to iOS 9.3. Because of these issues, the company has paused signing the update.

As of now, the updated version of iOS 9.3 is available for download, so if you have an older device, now you can update using either iTunes or an OTA-update.
