I would try to install a fresh copy of iOS 11.2.

To do it, make a full backup of your device's content, then restore it to factory settings, following the steps provided in this support article, setting your iPX as new:

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

Then restore it from your previously made backup.

As you should know, you're not addressing Apple here. This is a user to user forum, and we are just users like yourself.

That said, if you want that your comments / suggestions are incisive and useful, you should submit your feedback direcly to Apple at: Product Feedback - Apple

Man I am facing exactly the same problem. I bought by Iphone X from Greece and I thought there was a problem with the device so I went to Apple service support in my country and gave to me a brand new replacement which has the same problem. It is definitely a software issue. Apple should do something about it as it is very annoying and I am losing my calls.

This issue is not resolved , even with the latest update. And apple is so stubborn that on a device which is 1000$ plus and in warranty they won’t issue replacement.

Better to shift to Samsung

Dump apply

They are pathetic

Post Steve jobs they are dead

Put videos on Facebook

You tube

Let’s make the world know how pathetic is apple

It has nothing to do with Hardware. They checked it out with diagnostics and told me that it was fine. They found a way to bring me a new replacement and there is still a problem with calls. Can Apple please confirm that there is a problem with the software as I am ready to sell it and go with an android phone honestly. I spent 1,500 euros on nothing? I am waiting for a serious reply from Apple just to admit that there is a problem and they gonna try fix it.

By the way, I searched a lot of threads and I noticed that the problem is with calls from people that you have saved as contacts. If you try to call your iphone from a number you have not saved it will be fine. This is honestly scaring lol. So this is definitely a software problem as the phone cannot cope with the phone book.

Apple knows very well about this problem but it seems dey r not able to provide a solution for it , as a customer its really very annoying that you have spent so much of money on such an expensive phone and after that you are not even able to receive your calls properly

I reset the phone to Factory setting and the problem is still persisted. Apple went ahead and replaced the phone .Unfortunately after few days the same problem came up again. It seems that either there is a issue with the hardware or the software which Apple is not yet able to resolve .
