Wireless to Bose Surround Sound System

I want to connect my computer (PowerBook G4) with all my ITUNES! to my surround sound system that is a Bose connected to my Sony TV so that I can listen to my music on my Surround Sound. What is the wireless solution? What is the best and most cost effective solution? Do I need an internet connection? I have Comcast for my provider. All goes through the Bose. It's a 123 Bose. The best answer will experience great music!

PowerBook G4, Mac OS X (10.3.9)

I am doing that right now. You will need to get one of the Airport Express units. Plug it into an outlet close to the Bose system and plug an audio cable between the Airport Express and the AUX input on the Bose. Itunes will see the Airport Express and you will be given the choice in Itunes to play on your computer or the Airport. Works like a dream!

Hey, there. Well, I'm home and I don't see where in the Airport Express unit I'm supposed to plug in the audio cable. I don't have the unit that has the six ports (for extending the network). Is there a special cable?

Susan:

Sorry for the delay in responding .. I have been playing with my new Iphone!

The box calls the product "Airport Express Base Station". It is a small unit that plugs directly into the wall receptacle and has network, USB, and audio inputs.

I'm confused. This is in the iphone discussion but it makes me curious:

I assumed that the iphone canNOT play itunes (on the phone) wireless through my airport. Am i correct in assuming this?? If not I'd love to know how!!
