Can't sync any of my itunes purchased movies to my iphone. Anyone?

What happens when you try to sync. Need more info on this. Try these steps first if they are movies purchased from itunes store.

Connect ipod and access itunes
Click on the video Tab
Make sure Sync Box is checked (At the top)
Then select the field Selected
The drop down menu next to it select movies
You should now be seeing your purchased movies? If not then let me know.
If you see the movies then put checks next to the one that you want to go to the iphone and it should update for you.

Does itunes process the sync and they are just not showing on the iphone?

Ok then... Try to do A hard reset of the phone and see if the videos show on the phone after that.

Press and hold the home button and the sleep/wake button until you see a apple logo show on the screen.

If the movies/TV shows are playing in itunes it should be playing on the iphone.
I would recommend at this point to contact iPhone support team. 1-888 -My iPhone or 1-888-694-7466. Apple wants to make sure you are able to use your phone the way it is designed to.

About the only thing left to do here over discussions would be to Restore the phone and start from square one. This will wipe out everything on the phone and load the factory settings.

The problem shows up if the computer is not authorized to playback contents yet. If you try to play the movie or tv show in itunes you will be prompted to authorize the computer. After that things will sync just fine.

The problem is that you never get and error message when you try to sync. It just ignores the video content

If the other solution doesn't work, you should also make sure you have enough space for the videos.

I have the same problem, with a couple of my purchased songs and a movie, all of which I recently downloaded. My songs have the artwork but don't play and the movie doesn't play at all (no video or sound). I recently changed my itunes account because the old one suddenly stopped working and all the things I have purchased through the new account won't play. I was wondering if anyone knew if the new account is reason why, and if so how can I fix it?

i had same problem. if you set it to only sync checked items you need to click on the purchased tab on the left side of the itunes screen under the store section. when you go in there make sure the movie is checked in there. then go back and try to sync the movie/tv show you want. this worked for me.

I tried that and it didn't work. I don't have a video ipod so i couldn't see if the movie would download but my ipod downloaded the music that my iphone won't so I don't know what to do. Any other suggestions?

is the movie checked off in both the purchased section and in the video menu for the iphone?
