Mail cache corrupted--how do I recover?

I have mail syncing between my iPhone and three email accounts: One Exchange server (with IMAP enabled), one pure IMAP server, and .Mac. Unfortunately, the cached information from Exchange and the IMAP server have become corrupt on the iPhone. For example, when I look at the inbox on the Exchange server, the first seven messages all have the same body. The first few messages in the inbox on the IMAP server all have that same body, too--the one from the message on the Exchange server!

The accounts themselves show no sign of corruption. I can access either account through Entourage or Mail and it looks fine.

I tried resetting the iPhone, but that didn't help. Then I tried deleting the IMAP account and adding it again, but the corruption persists. Any ideas on how I can recover?
