.m3u files will not play

.m3u files will not play

In itunes 7 I have downloaded some talks from www.insightmeditationcenter.org.They are .m3u files itunes playlist.They play in itunes but when I drag them to my Bush mp3 player the are copied but do not show on screen or play.
Any ideas .Thanks

.m3u files don't contain audio. They are just text files pointing to audio files. That is why they won't play on your portable player. You would have to actually load the media files in order to play them. Perhaps the files have been downloaded to your computer, or perhaps the .m3u files simply point to a stream on the Internet.
