iPhone being stubborn?
Has anyone else experienced the iPhone not turning back on?
I was listening to my music all night and didn't realize the dock wasn't plugged in. The battery ended up running dead and after awoke and went to look at the phone, the battery was dead and told me to charge it, so I did.
About 2 hours later I went to check the status of the charge and it wouldn't display anything on the screen. I checked the connections and everything was good (had it plugged into the wall at this point). So, I took it off the dock. Tried starting it up again... NO GO!
I started to panic, of course... I brought it to my laptop and plugged it in the USB. It started to sync, but IT STILL DIDN'T TURN ON!!!
I unplugged it and just started holding and pressing the power and home buttons... but nothing. All of a sudden I see the Apple logo appear... WEIRD!!! It scared me there for a second.
Everything works now, but I wanted to know if anyone else has had the same issue. I would like to exchange the phone for a new one, if this one is defective, but I don't know how or if I even want to try to duplicate the situation.
BTW - this isn't the first time my phone has been completely drained. (third time)
