Survey from AT&T

Hey everybody. I just got an email from AT&T asking me to complete a survey about my iPhone. I assume that they are sending these out to everyone who purchased an iPhone. Everybody who has issues with the volume through either the receiver or the speaker phone, please let it be known on this survey. There are several areas in which you can write an open-ended response to let both AT&T and Apple know how you feel about the product. This is our chance to let our voices be heard.

I've been an AT&T Wireless subscriber for a short time only - since the end of April and I've had a couple of billing questions that ended up being a mistake I made by unknowingly selecting a couple of paid ringtone monthly services while browsing with my Razr 3xx acquired with my 2 year contract (what a difference browsing with the iPhone!). The customer service agent was very friendly and helpful and without any questions whatsoever, these items were credited from my bill and the monthly services cancelled.

The credit for both monthly services was included on my most recent statement but one of the monthly services was billed again. The customer service agent I spoke with yesterday was the same as the first - a credit was issued and she cancelled this one monthly service that didn't get cancelled last month for whatever reason.

My initial account setup and number porting from Verizon (which I did online) was straightforward and easy and the entire process was uneventful except for the activation process with my AT&T Wireless phone when received. This was quickly resolved after calling AT&T customer support.

After I purchased my iPhone on 6/29 from a local AT&T Wireless corporate store, the sales agent that handled my transaction called me later that night to make sure everything went OK with my activation process.

Long story short and although I understand this is relative depending on the problem and if said problem was resolved to a subscriber's satisfaction - which is the same for any cellular provider, my entire experience with AT&T Wireless thus far has been nothing but top notch.
