Mac Pro Fan making lots of noise since last update

Anybody have this problem. As soon as i start my MAC PRO, fans go full speed, since the last update (27/27/07). I did DL a firmware update that was suppose to correct this situation but it didn't change anything.

Here is a list of the latest updates on my computer:

2007-07-16 09:55:14 -0400: Installed "iTunes" (7.3.1)
2007-07-16 13:22:33 -0400: Installed "QuickTime" (7.2)
2007-07-16 13:22:36 -0400: Installed "Audio Update 2007-001" (1.0)

2007-07-27 10:51:02 -0400: Installed "Mac Pro EFI Firmware Update" (1.1)
2007-07-29 09:33:18 -0400: Installed "Mac Pro SMC Firmware Update" (1.0)

Under the 4th drive bay is a small round button.
Give that a shot.
Apple has a photo and there are user site's with photos.
Not really hard to find if you look in the upper right corner.

My optical drive wasn't showing up afterward, and had to do SMC reset myself ;-(

Run AHT afterwards if you aren't seeing a more normal operation. Or unplug everything and let sit for 15 minutes (you should do that anyway before opening the case to let FBDIMMs cool down gradually).
