My ipod was working other day and now i dont know whats happened. it wont connect to the PC and ive tried charging it through my docking station. tried reseting it and the others it told me on the site but its still not working 😟
can anyone help? only had it since christmas my mother will kill!!
This happened to my new 3rd gen. nano (4gig.). I tried everything I could but nothing worked. I took it back to best Buy and hopefully the nano I exchanged it for will be fine
A day after i imported Lost Highway C.D. my ipod nano 3rd gen. went blank and couldn't do anything. I exchanged the ipod for a new nano and a day after i imported my itunes library it went blank like the first one. Is it because of that cd?
My sons Ipod Nano is doing the same thing. I assumed he dropped it pretty bad. I was wondering what have you done since? Did you figure out how to fix it? Or is this an inherited flaw?
Mine wont turn off either.
I dont know why. I thought something was wrong when it started saying fire wire connections not supported. I dont even know wat fire wire connections are! I guessed maybe someone was trying to hack my p.c and reached my ipod insted. My dad suggested turning off internet security, such as norton, and then syncing the ipod.
my ipod nano (1st gen.) randomly doesn't turn on or randomly shuts off while it is on... even @ full battery power, it resets itself when i plug it back into a power source after it wont turn/shuts itself off.
yeah mine was like that too did u get solved? if u did plz reply back or any1 else coz i just pluged in my ipod to the computer & saying "please wait very low battery" for like over 24 hours & i cant use the reset things coz the battery is flat so can any1 plz help me
did you ever find out? mine won't turn on or off and my computer doesn't even recognize it anymore. ***?!?!? I've had it for only a year and six months. For the money we paid it should last at least four years, no problems. It appears to be a big problem. Let me know if you figure it out. I'm trying not to throw mine against the wall in frustration.
OMG. My new iPod nano (3rd generation) got totally FREEZED while it was charging. I listened to it while at school, came back home and connected it to the charger/deck station. I went to check it and it was still charging, and I needed it so I unplugged it. Next thing you know, its frozen. It displayed my recent song that I was listening to, but it won't play. I can't turn it off, I can't charge it, it doesn't connect to the computer, the screen stays on, etc!! This *****!
I've tried everything that Apple support displayed, but nothing seems to work. And this is my second one too! My first one went dead. nada. zip. ZERO. So I went to exchange it and got my second one. Now this Nano I have now isn't working!! Seriously, these new iPod nanos (3rd gen.) have serious issuses. (Didn't some guy got a iPod nano and then started to burn in his pocket?)
