All uploads to YouTube fail?

Every video I upload to YouTube says "Failed" on the YouTube "My Videos" page. Why is this?!

MacBook Pro, MacBook, Mac mini, Mac OS X (10.4.10)

Make sure you don't have any commas in your tags section... I'm used to separating search tags with commas but apparently you just use spaces here. Once I removed all of the commas my movie uploaded fine.
