Does anybody make a lanyard kit?

My iPhone feels like a digicam in my hand. I don't know if it's the size or the orientation. Most phones, it's a matter of egrips and maybe a screen protector, but even with a protector and case the iPhone just doesn't seem right. I never even worry about this kind of thing with a PDA, but the size is just...well.. give me the strap please. I'm careful with my phones, and I'd rather not have extra cases and bulk when I just need a grip to keep it from sliding around, but I'd really love to have a lanyard/wrist strap kit. Glue on or screw in.

Does anybody make one or something close that will uglify my phone and give it a wrist strap?

Thanks

<<Can you give me your impression of how secure the locking system is on the back?

Very secure. A lock snaps into position. But even when unlocked, removing the plastic plate requires a couple of different motions and is tricky to do so it's unlikely to happen by accident.

The Revo is nicer looking and has the removable cover for the front, but the zCover is more versatile (especially when the dock becomes available so that the Line Out feature is usable with the case on).

Hope that helps.

I also use the zCover and the iSkin revo...I love both and the clip system is awesome because it is so secure yet removable and works in a myrid of different ways. I have also used it on a lanyard that you can choose, something you like and its ok although I didnt like the weight hanging from my neck.

I went one step further. I removed the clip system from the zCover and transplanted onto my revo and now its even better. I can do whatever I decide and my revo has a belt clip or lanyard clip or whatever my little heart desires.

Good Luck!

<<I have modified mine to accept a belt clip. I took the removable belt clip system off of the zCover and attached it to the iSkin with no trouble at all. I only had to use my leather punch to put two small holes in the back of the case to mount the belt clip assembly to it. If I remove the assembly then I have two vent holes, does not detract or mar the case in anyway.

So you cut the entire center back of the zCover out, lined the cut-out up with the holes you punched in the Revo and now have two layers of silicone in that area on the back of your iPhone, is that right? It looks to me like a second layer of silicone would keep the solid plastic clip system from attaching and locking properly... How did you do it?

Would you guess that the zCover in-case dock, when it comes out, will work with iPhone in the Revo?

I took a lanyard off an old camera, tied a knot in it so it would not slip easily off my wrist (but loose enough to easily get my hand in), and went off last night to photograph a river event. I have no intentions of ever letting it dangle from the lanyard, but the lanyard worked wonderfully, allowing me to take worry-free pictures from locations where I would not otherwise have dared to pull out my slippery iPhone.
