resize aiff file
can a aiff file,song be resized smaller so i can get more songs on a cd?

AIFF is uncompressed. To make it smaller you would have to convert it to a different compressed format, as already pointed out.
If your intent is to put more music on an AUDIO CD (not a data or MP3 CD) then compressing won't work because it will just be uncompressed again to go on the audio CD so the same amount of space will be used.
