converting MIDI in Logic to stereo/mono audio

I've tried file / bounce many times and it just doesn't work. I've also tried changing the midi files to audio files after moving them into audio instrument tracks. That used to work for me but it doesn't anymore, the bounces just don't play. I'm ready to throw out logic and go back to garageband.
Some one help me too please.

You need to SOLO your Midi track, and BOUNCE it out. Then you can IMPORT the resulting audio file into your song, and lay it back on a new AUDIO track.

Logic Pro has a cool feature that does this for you... in Express the above method is the only way to render a MIDI instrument properly.

To bounce out your entire mix, simply bounce it using the button on the output channel, or the file / bounce menu option. Make sure you have selected the correct main output ( usually 1+2). Make SURE you don't have any stray muted tracks that you want in your mix, and no stray tracks that are not muted, that you do not want in your bounce.
