Ringtones for iPhone

Supposedly, now you can configure ringtones with iTunes for your iPhone. I understand that, once you download a song, there is a bell icon to help you get started. The trouble I may have, is that I love Hawaiian music, and it says only certain songs will be able to be made into ringtones. How do you know, before you buy, that the song can be made into a ringtone?

More than one, Mac OS X (10.4.10)

Hey guys,

I have the same issue: I just can't create a ringtone using iTunes 7.5 at all! I just can't make the ringtone symbol appear: I can't select it from the viewing options (when music is selected), nor when I right-click on a purchased song nor when I de-authorize and authorize back my Mac.

This is really a pain in the a * as there seems to be no bug fix from Apple available at all.

So the only way I can create ringtones, is to use a little detour (not using Garage band by the way) and in this way I can create a ring tone from nearly any of my songs but it is taking a few steps (and hence time) so using iTunes would be a lot nicer of course.

So..does anyone have a solution on how to make the ringtone symbol appear in iTunes 7.5?

Thanks for any help!
