"Repair or Remove iTunes" error message

I started up iTunes and got this message:

"Repair or remove iTunes. Select an option below.
Repair.
Install missing files or repair damanged files and data.
Remove iTunes from this computer."

Anyone know what's going on/what I should do? I'd really prefer not to have to reinstall iTunes...

Thanks!

I got that message on one of the three PCs I upgraded today to 7.4. Just click Repair.

Not sure what happened with this particular upgrade when the other two went fine. What I'd done was accept Apple Update's offer to install 7.4, then restarted the PC when prompted. After that, when I tried to launch iTunes I got a message like "That only works with currently intalled programs." So I downloaded iTunes 7.4 manually and used the Repair button. ITunes runs fine, and I didn't even have to restart the PC.
