How can I chart non-contiguous columns?

I have a chart where Column A is a label, Column B is one dataset, and Column C is a second dataset. I want to plot a bar chart of the data in Column C with the labels from Column A.

If I select only Column C, I get the correct bar chart, but the labels are missing. If I hide Column B and select Columns A-C, the second dataset still shows up in the chart. Is there any way to do what I want, short of rearranging the table so that the columns are contiguous? This is quite a pain if I also want to chart Columns D, E, F... etc. separately, all with the same labels from Column A.

Thanks for any help.
