80GB - 6G vs. 5.5G - Which to buy? (ignoring "looks" & on-screen graphics)

I would like to buy an 80GB 6G iPod Classic, but there are so many 6G issues and bugs right now...

What exactly is actually Better on the 80gb 6G versus the 80gb 5.5G ?

(Not counting the "looks" of the hardware or software. I don't care what it looks like, I only care about PERFORMANCE)

Is ANYTHING actually better on the 6G ?

Well, my previous iPod was 5.5 gen 30 gb and now i have a 6th gen 80 gb. Actually I have noticed no issues with both of them. As the new iPod 80gb is as big as the old 30 gb, it's more convenient than the 5.5 80 gb. Also my Classic actually runs faster than the 5.5, with or without the coverflow, everything happens smoother, so for me it's definitely the Classic.
