I believe that the iSkin revo case is the best out there, considering both quality and features, but it has some flaws.
First of all, you might want to buy a clear film protector (like the Power Support Crystal Film) to cover the entire front of the iPhone. The Privacy Film included with the iSkin revo only protects the touch interface of the phone, leaving the earpiece and ambient light sensor area unprotected, and it slightly dims and blurs your screen even when viewed directly (a byproduct of the privacy effect). Out of curiosity, I inquired about the price of a replacement privacy film and was quoted the price of $19.99, half the price of the case itself! If iSkin left the film out of the case and made it available as an accessory, it would be far more economical for those of us who aren't too paranoid about our iPhone privacy.
The second flaw is actually a byproduct of the iSkin revo's perfect fit. Yes, the case fits perfectly, right down to the millimeter, but it's a silicon skin case, which means that it has to be stretched in order to put it on the iPhone. You'll notice that other silicon skins are not necessarily "perfect" fits as the access holes are much larger than the areas that they are allowing access to. For example, the access hole for the camera is often twice the size of the lens itself, this is so that the case can be stretched a variety of ways without obstructing the camera. On the iSkin revo, the camera, headphone port, and silence switch access holes are sized exactly, which means that there's no room for a give-or-take fit. The case must be stretched and placed on the iPhone perfectly, otherwise the camera, headphone port, or silence switch may be obstructed. I actually tore my first iSkin revo while attempting to achieve this "perfect" fit.
So, do I recommend the iSkin revo? Of course, it's the best silicon skin case around. Sure, it has its flaws, so you may want to supplement it with a full-front film protector and a lot of patience.
