Janine,
Me too. Are you actually seeing "11333" when you try to enter iTunes Store? I'm not. I just get this: "iTunes could not connect to the iTunes Store. The network connection timed out. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, then try again."

I've verified that my date and time are correct. I was unable to install the certs as previously instructed. Can anyone suggest what to try next? I haven't tried to uninstall 7.4.3.1 yet.

Thank you Dan F, this solution does in fact fix the 11333 error.

iTunes: Error 11333 when connecting to iTunes Store or activating iPhone:
http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=306628

To be clear though, there were several different problems talked about in this thread. This solution fixes (at least) the problem:

1. You are running Windows
2. You install the latest iTunes (7.4.3.4 in my case.)
3. You get the error 11333 when trying to connect to the iTunes Store.

It's worth noting the following:
1. I was running iTunes fine on 3 Windows Machines at Work and 4 at my home.
2. All machines at home continued to work after the upgrade, all work machines failed after the upgrade.
3. No Firewall, Domain, or other 'networking' changes were made to get my work machines working.

So.. it seems like Apple recently added/turned on a system to revoke individual machines ala CRLs (Certificate Revocation Lists.) This article seem to pin the date somewhere around Sept 07.

I see there being two interesting questions at this time:
A. Why did the CRL test fail on so many machines (what caused it?)
b. Why is Apple turning on device Revocation at this time (video?) and how do they plan on deciding who gets revoked?!!

Enquiring minds want to know!
