Can not connect to istore

I just downloaded the new version of Itunes to accomodate an Ipod Classic. Now I keep getting a message that says an unknown error has occurred and it gives me this number: 11333. I followed the trouble shooting tips listed on the website and nothing is helping. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I am also having problems.. and apple has not replied to my email in weeks.

I messed with the firewall, the proxys, everything. I ran diagnostics and this is what I find.
