I just downloaded the new version of Itunes to accomodate an Ipod Classic. Now I keep getting a message that says an unknown error has occurred and it gives me this number: 11333. I followed the trouble shooting tips listed on the website and nothing is helping. Does anyone know how to fix this?

All-
I upgraded to iTunes 7.4.3.1 last night and it fixed the problem as I can now access the iTunes store. I still have yet to receive a response to the emails that I sent to Apple support( three weeks ago....). Maybe there was a bug in 7.4.2.1 that affected Windows users??
I was having the same problem after I updated. I followed the directions here.
http://www.info.apple.com/kbnumn302538 First it didn't work but then I went and changed everything back and I could open music store.
I don't know if it will help. Good luck anyway.
