What cable to connect iPhone to TV after 1.1.1??

The iPhone update 1.1.1 allows the iPhone to output audio/video to a TV. What cable do you use?

Actually, I think the TV out used to come from docks, too. The one that came with the iPod photo (no, doesn't work with the new iPods) had SVideo out on the dock. The difference is that the "yellow" composite came out of the headphone and if you wanted higher quality SVideo, you had to use the dock (no headphone capable SVideo cable).

I've got the other .1 for ya. 🙂 I pored over the specifications immediately after launch of the iPod touch to compare their specs against the classic and nano. iPhone and touch have always been interlaced and the classic/nano progressive.

The reason why must be due to the chipsets used, of course, but why they made the decision to make them different I've no idea why (price, size, energy consumption, etc.)

Im certain that Ebay will be flooded with the new updated cables in a matter of weeks. They are being manufactured in China as we speak. If you guys are willing to wait, Im sure youll be able to pick up a set for under $20 easily, probably with a charger like Apple's.

I think Ill do just that, $50 is a joke, just milking it for all it's worth trying to make all they can before Asia releases all the knock off cables.
