So I could certainly change the iPod Wireless store location on the iPod from the US store to the UK store and prices? Could you please tell me exactly how to do that?

And that is the only difference between the UK and US iPod Touch?

Sorry about all the Qs, my sister is going to NYC tomorrow and wanted to make sure before she bought me one. Any first hand experience would be greatly appreciated!

okay if you go to your itunes (from your computer), and click on itunes store and on the very, very bottom it says "My Store" from there you can select which one you will use, so if you click on United Kingdom it will give you the U.K currency. And I'm sure you'd have to resync your touch. Try doing that, and if it doesn't seem to work, then I guess I can't help you from there.

It is better wise to have a U.K person who lives in U.K answer this question tho. But honestly, I can't 100% be sure that it will work.

For what it's worth, your iTunes account seems to be the deciding factor on which iTunes store gets used. I have an old USA account from when I lived over there. Logging into iTunes via the UK store takes me to the USA with a message that my account is not valid with the UK. Even if the iPod Touch defaults to the USA, your account should switch it to use UK store.

So, to basically re-iterate what others have said, it should work just fine 🙂
