I downloaded the new software for my iPhone, and when i went to download a song in the iTunes music store its telling me that "No account information found. Please connect to iTunes to configure your account".
The problem is.. i AM connected to iTunes, and i'm logged in.. anyone else have this same problem and know how to fix it??
I am having the same problem. I connect to iTunes. It tells me to download it (from the iPhone) which I do. Then it says I may have to connect to my computer to administer the account info. When I go to iTunes on my laptop or on the preferences on my iPhone when its connected to the laptop, there is no where to add iTunes for the iPhone. So then I logged into iTunes on the iPhone and then I went to the iTunes link itself and it says there is no account info. I dont know where to tell the iPhone what my iTunes info is.
i figured it out... i had my iPhone initially synced to my laptop... and was trying to do the music store sync on my desktop... i connected my phone to my laptop and problem solved
