compatible printers

Good afternoon, I would like to know what printers are compatible with my imac with tiger.
I have been looking at a Dell 946 printer/fax. Is there a place that I can find a list of printers?

Hi Arlene:

Your Mac will happily work with lots of printers as you can see from the link Greg posted. Canon, Epson, Brother, Lexmark, and others make Mac compatible printers. Don't get a Dell though. They're made to work best with Dells (surprise) and not with Macs. I've had good luck with HP's, but taking a look at reviews from www.macworld.com would be a good place to start when shopping for a printer to use with a Mac.
