Is Core 2 Duo 32 or 64 Bits?

I just got a Mac mini Intel Core 2 Duo 1.83GHz and I was asking myself if this kind of machine is going to run the full 64Bit that Leopard offers, I know that the same Leopard install work on 32 Bit processors, I'm just curious about it. So, does anyone know if it will run as a 32 or 64 bit?

Hi,

Core 2 Duo processors are 64-bit processors.
The 'original' Core Duo is a 32-bit processor.

I just hope your RAM matches the advantage of the processor.
Personally I think 2GB is what-to-have with Leopard.

Just three more days and we will see.
(well exactly I think it will be more like 6-7 days till the package arrives 😉 )

Is nice to know that my little mini will take some advantage of the 64 Bit architecture of Leopard.

So, Coe Duo is a 64-bit processor too

wont you please cite your references for the statements youve made. There are several conflicting reports, which put the veracity of this in doubt.
