X11 in Leopard

I'm not sure if anyone is having this problem, but I cannot open the Gimp and Inkscape anymore after upgrading to Leopard. Any suggestions?

I have a webcam and everytime I try to view it on Safari in Tiger it gives me a "Cookies Timed Out" warning. Even if I reset Safari and make sure the Cookies are deleted I keep getting this warning. If I use Firefox or Internet Explorer, I don't get this problem. On my iMac with Leopard, Safari lets me view the webcam with no problem. Now I want to view my webcam using an iPhone, but I get the same "Cookies Timed Out" on the Safari iPhone browser. Any suggestion to get the Cookies warning to not happen? The webcam uses Java, and I am able to view other webcams on Safari using the iPhone with no problem. This is a unique situation that even the Mac Geniuses have no idea how to resolve. Thanks for your time!

I have this problem as well, but rather than a certain percentage of the window, it depends on the position of the mouse (if you grab the window in different spots on the title bar, you can move more or less of the window onto the secondary monitor). When the mouse crosses to the secondary monitor, the window's horizontal motion (if the monitors are side-by-side; vertical motion if the monitors are top-bottom) stops. The window still tracks the mouse vertically (or horizontally if the monitors are top-bottom) when the mouse is within the secondary monitor. I see this same behavior on both of my Macs.

Maybe I'll re-format my hard drives and "... upgrade to an older, more familiar operating system" on my Macs until Apple decides this is worth fixing.
