How do I manually move songs in my playlists. Driving me nuts.
I just switched to using Itunes with my IPOD after buying a new laptop with vista. My old comp was running Windows ME (piece of crap), and therefore I was limited to using an alternative software to load and manage my IPOD. I was using Anapod manager which was very user friendly and made creating and editing playlists a breeze. I would just drag my songs up and down in my playlists and they would be updated in that order on my IPOD. Loved it.
Is this possible with ITUNES? I've tried dragging songs around in my playlists and they do not move. When I use the different sort features, they do more harm then good in getting my music in the order that I like.
You can drag and drop songs in regular (not Smart) playlists. However, you need to click on the top of the leftmost column first. If you've sorted on any of the other columns, you can't drag and drop.
