Database.sqlite3 keeps showing up in my Trash

Ever since I upgraded to Leopard, a file named Database.sqlite3 keeps showing up in my Trash. I empty the trash and the file shows up again after a hour or so passes. Does anyone know what this file is and why it keeps getting trashed?

I turned off the Mail's RSS feed services--deleted all feeds, switched back to Safari RSS as default, and turned of updating, and have had no further problems with the sqlite files showing up in trash so far, and it usually happens about once a day in the mornings for me...

So, either mail RSS is messed up, or the conflict between having both Mail and Safari update RSSs was generating the file.

I suggest going back to Safari RSS and killing all Mail RSS functions.

I'm wondering if this issue has been resolved for others because it still is a problem for me.
I've already updated to Leopard 10.5.2 and the issue still exists. I tried other suggested fixes like deleting ~/Library/PubSub/Database/Database.sqlite3 after quitting Safari & Mail and killing pubsub agent process. It never worked. The only solution that works is still disabling bookmark syncing in .Mac, which is so lame considering that it is one of the more useful features of .Mac syncing.

It could be related to the iTunes Database not saving correctly, I'm not totally sure but just today my disk became full, iTunes was open at the time and gave me a warning saying the iTunes database couldn't be saved. (not sure why? if someone knows please tell me). I empty some trash and the Database.sqlite3 file appears in there, This was the first time for me so I just thought I'd say how I first came across the file.
