Mail from University.

Hello i was wondering if someone can help me set up my University mail on my iPhone..

i go to Northeastern Illinois University, and i think our mail address is like
webmail.neiu.edu

dont know for sure, but i dont know how to set all this stuff up.

also if it helps i think its run by Sun Java or something.
If some one knows anything about setting this up, please let me know
