Mount multiple drives in Target Disk mode?

I have 2 internal hard drives on my desktop G4. I would like to mount them both on another G5. Only the main boot drive show up when I mount in target disk mode. Any way to get them both to mount? --or-- can if have firewire network and a ethernet network simultaneously to share files?

My router does not have any more ethernet ports so just trying to create an easy work around.
