Mail will not send attachments

Ok riddle me this: I can send and receive mail without trouble. I cannot send any email with attachments. On my campus (high school) all other mac users cannot send attachments. It all started around 12 noon today. We're pretty sure its not an account setting or something. Thanks!!

Adam - Agreed...although I'll watch both sides closely...I'm not convinced that they are necessarily unrelated at this point. I have experienced both problems on my system. Regards, Bill

Adam - I'm downloading Eudora now...Thunderbird and Mail present the same problem for me. I'll let you know what I find. Regards, Bill

I have just sent a message with an attachment with spaces in the filename - no problems. Was it particular file types? I just used a text file.

I have the same problem. The "save to draft" work-around that vastphoto tipped us off to has served as a temporary fix. Thanks vastphoto!! Apple, please fix this in the next rev.
