NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT sound card...no output

Sorry but huh? The GeForce 7300 is a video card, not a sound card. If you really are having problems with audio, please post back with more detail: what output you're connected to, what is connected to that output (speakers, an amplifier, etc.), what audio software you're using (or if system sounds have the same problem), etc. If that's not what you mean, please clarify.

I'd like to know what sound card and video card I have in my mac box. I have a macMini and I went under 'about this mac' and about all I can find is everything is intel. Intel processor, intel graphics, which I imagine it is all on board no bus slots or any high powered v-ram graphics. I even asked if I could see the memory upgrade being performed when I took it to the Genius Bench with that special spatula tool I've heard about; however, I was not allowed as they carried off my little mac mini behind a closed door to the back room. I have no idea how to even open the case and I have built many a cmptr since the xt's of '89. I rely on the faith of my apple care guarantee and am learning to just let the apple team in the varying black t-shirts take care of me which is fine after all these yrs of fending for myself with windows based hardware I suppose. I must say it's rare to have a cmptr and not try and beef it up. Sort of like being given a salad and told you can't put any dressing on it!:-)

You'll also be more likely to get help with a Mac mini if you ask in the forum for that model of Mac.
