Searching for old solitaire game

I don't know Printshop, and I guess you're longing for Eric's Solitaire, which I think came with OS 8 vintage Macs as Eric’s Solitaire Sample, and had bumped up Eric’s Ultimate Solitaire version, yes?

I haven't played them for years but both opened in glorious colour on my G4 running 9.2.2 over 10.4.2 - and with the old familiar shuffle sound effect, too.

Google told me Eric Snider's Solitaire (that's the guy) is for sale http://www.sniderware.com/solitaire/ but that seems to be for Palm OS.

we live and learn. So Eric's Solitaire is by the famous Eric Snider ? who wrote all the great card games for Mac OS's going back to System 6 and before ?

I think I tried his Solitaire Sampler, but didn't like it as much as a lot of his earlier games.

Actually, I cheated and asked google about Eric. From my own experience, I remember only that Solitaire was too darned addictive… I'm kinda glad I didn't notice his other games, or I might still be stuck playin gthe beggars!
