What is the difference? MB vs MBP

O.K. Can someone more knowledgeable tell me the difference between the macbook 13" black and a MBP 15" 2.4GHz that is other than the processor speed?

They both support up to 4GB of memory and have the dual layer DVD burner. The other stuff seems miscellaneous.

I need to replace my two PB G4s with something decent.

Anyone care to enlighten a lost soul?
thanks in advance.

Macbook Pro has a dedicated graphics card with dedicated memory, meaning it won't take the memory from the system. Macbook has an integrated graphics that shares memory with the system. Performance wise in terms of graphics, Macbook Pro will trounce the Macbook by miles.

Macbook Pro also comes with LED displays. I don't think Apple switched Macbook to LED displays yet.

Macbook Pro can be configured up to 2.6GHz if so desired. Also, a 200GB 7200RPM drive can be chosen for Macbook Pro.
