Canon Selphy CP600 - HELP ME PLEASE

Hi all,

I was using the Canon Selphy CP600 on tiger no problem, since I have Upgraded to Leopard the printer no longer works.
I have looked everywhere but have not found a solution to the problem.
Anyone out there has the same problem and has found a solution please let me know.. I feel lonely with this !!!

Thanks

DC,

No doubt you've solved this by now - but for others benefit:

1.

Leopard seems to have a bug that does not allow installing printer drivers outside of an Admin account (write permissions errors occur to printer drivers in /Library), so first off make sure you are logged in with an Admin account (was the case for both of my printers).

2.

The only Canon Selphy 600 driver that I have found to work for me, is located here:

http://software.canon-europe.com/software/0024920.asp?model=

It is not the standard Canon Driver (the one supplied with the printer) but did the job for me.

Of note, the original (used it under Tiger) driver, and the GIMP/Gutenprint Drivers did not work for me.

Rgds,

RM
