iphone orange email and iphone

hi could anyone help me i have an orange email account and cannot get my iphone to send or recieve using this account. As i do not use outlook express my phone did not sync details when first activated. I have to set up manually to no avail i believe the incoming is pop.orangehome.co.uk and the outgoing is smtp.orangehome.co.uk.I have entered my username and password but still experience problems. Any help on this matter would be appreciated
