Motorola Bluetooth headset work?
would a Bluetooth Headset H670 or H500 work?

I can tell you for certain that the H500 does NOT work w/ the iphone.

OPPS! I lied... the H500 DOES pair w/ the iphone. WHEN PAIRING, if it says NOT PAIRED, CLICK the box that says NOT PAIRED, enter the passcode, & they will try to pair. AND it sounds fine. AND it offers choice to use the BT, the iphone, or the speaker phone.
Yes, I have an H670. You might have to try a few times (I did) and it finally took. After that it worked just fine.

I had a Motorola H500 and just today returned it becuase it was no longer working; I got so much static throught it that it was unusable. It had been working for about 2 months until the last week. I picked up an H670 and it has the same problem. The ATT chap paired it (the 670) with his iPhone and it worked beautifully. Except for the obvious (the iPhone is sick), any ideas? comments? help?

I have similar problems with a Plantronics Voyager (excellent headsetincidentally)and with a Motorola Buetooth system in my car. After initial pairing each will operate but only if I "unpair" and "re-pair" each time I want to use Bluetooth. Hardly convenient
Hi, i just got the i phone and i had the h500 bluetooth from my old phone my question is: when it ask you for password what do you enter? I do not remember entering a password in my old phone. Thank you.

ooops OK I paired the H500 with my iPhone and it worked fine.
The next day still paired it would not find the H500. I wonder if you have any thoughts. an email would be great but I will check back here.

I also have a Moto H700, does yours ask you for a command?
Mine seems to work. that is ait has synced ok, but when i turn it on and try to make a call i have to *** the name and pick the headset in order to hear or make a call. Unlike before I would get a "Say a Command" then I could say call so and so and it would. Is this a feature not included with the Iphone?

The iPhone doesn't have voice command yet. Sounds like your moto H700 is working as expected with your iPhone.
MGunn - Thanks for the tip on default for Motorola bluetooth phones. I have an old one (HS805) that Motorola does not even list anymore. It worked fine without a password but not the Iphone. I had already stuck it in a drawer thinking it was worthless. After reading your post, got it out and tried it. Wallah!! I now have a Bluetooth to use when traveling. Thanks much.
