Motorola Bluetooth headset work?

Can someone tell me as to what is the procedure to pair H500 with iPhone? I turned Bluetooth button on and it is on permanent "Searching Devices" mode, even though the H500 is next to it and powered on. Am I missing something?

Thanks for the headset review... I'm a big hold-out becuase I know Im gadget geek and have to refrain from going out and spending on the latest cool thing for iPhone. So really I want to know if someone knows of the small wireless two-ear headset WITH a microphone. If anyone here is like me, owning an iPhone means convergence: music ***** in just one ear, but you can't carry on a conversation without a microphone. And bluetooth means no more stupid knots in the headphones. We're almost there!!

just wanted to know if h 500 bluetooth is still working with iphone, i have this bluetooth too, but havent bought the iphone yet, want to make sure its compatible
