Will a Apple Refurb have scratches?

Really want to get a refurbed Ipod Video from Apple. But am worried about scratches on the screen. Anyone know if this is a good option?

No, it will not have scratches.
The cases are replaced if they are messed up before they are sold as refurbs.

From the refurished store.

henree,

I purchased a 30Gb iPod video for my recent trip overseas to save all my digital photos to instead of bringing my laptop. It was a good choice. It was less expensive than buying a new one and it looked like new. No scratches and it came with new headphones, manual and iTunes software. The only thing different is that it came in a brown cardboard box instead of the nice iPod box.

So, to answer your question, *"Anyone know if this is a good option?"* I say yes.
