Want to assign ringtones to my iPhone but going to view and view options, ringtones not showing as an option can anyone help ?

You are correct. Due to RIAA (we love them so, don't we?) wanting more money, AND not wanting to pay the artists, we get to pay .99$ additional for a 30 second snippet.

One can only hope that corporations and artists get further behind dropping the RIAA like a bad habit.
