Mighty Mouse Can't Scroll Down?

I don't think this has anthing to do with the mouse. Since installing the latest and "greatest" update (10.5.2) Safari and some other internal OSX windows won't scroll anymore. My fix with regards to Safari was to move to a different browser, which works well. Hope Apple will come up with a fix to the fix.

I had the exact same problem with my first mighty mouse, along with the right click not working. I ended up calling Apple and they sent me a new mouse for free.

Mine wouldn't scroll down, either. I tried cleaning with rubbing alcohol, blowing out with compressed air, still nothing.

Then I did a Google search and found a video on how to disassemble and clean the mouse. I tried it and it worked like a charm! It's been working perfectly for over a month now.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. My mighty mouse wouldn't scroll down either, and the Apple-provided cleaning techniques along with the paper technique mentioned in the linked video worked.
